At Sure Refuge, every item is made on spot just for you. Because we produce our clothing on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if your order arrives:
Damaged or Defective: Visible holes, fabric tears, or manufacturing flaws.
Printing Errors: The design is clearly smeared, off-center, or incorrect.
Wrong Item: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
How to Resolve an Issue:

Your Order Number.
A clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item.
Note: You do not need to mail the item back to us. Once we verify the photo, we will process your reprint or refund immediately.
